Being a school that excels means that we must always be looking to see what we can do better. We ask this of our pupils and of ourselves—it is how we all improve.

As lifelong learners all Streatham Wells Primary staff are committed to professional development and to developing our school.

At Streatham Wells Primary we work with a number of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we are doing the best we can for all of our learners including those with more complex needs.

We produce an improvement plan which is agreed by both the Trustees and our local governing body. This is then use to evaluate the school on a termly basis.
